The first time you place your order, you will immediately be charged for the first
month. However, after that the billing cycle falls on the 20th of the month for the
duration of monthly boxes.
For example: If you subscribe on the 3rd , you’ll be charged that day (the 3rd ). But, the
next time you are charged will be the 20th of the following month. The reason we have
everyone on the same billing date is so we can get all the boxes out at the same time.
Our goal is to get the following month’s box to you before that month rolls around.

Boxes are shipped around the 23rd of each month. {We want you to be able to work on next
month’s projects towards the end of this month.}

All boxes are curated and paid for before they are shipped out. Once a box has been
billed, we can’t offer refunds. But you may cancel your subscription at any time
through your account portal on the website.

You absolutely can! You can cancel your box, pause your box, or switch payment
methods by logging into your account. You can also email us at
